Terms and Conditions
1. The special bonus is a "trading credit" which cannot be withdrawn. However, any profits generated from the use of the trading credit can be withdrawn. For example if the initial deposit in the account is $5,000, the account will be awarded with a $500 trading credit. Thus, the total account balance will be $5,500. If the client placed successful trades and made a profit of $4,500, the account balance would increase to $10,000. In this case the client will be able to withdraw up to $9,500.
2. The "Trading Credit" awarded to the account is subject to a minimum turnover amount which the client must achieve within the first 30 days after the credit has been awarded. Every $500 "trading credit" is subject to $125,000 trading turnover. Turnover is defined as the total number of contracts traded in a given time, multiplied by the nominal value of the product, as outlined on the product specification page. HY Markets reserves the right to remove the "trading credit" from the clients account if the turnover condition is not met. 3. Funds in the client's account that have been awarded with a bonus credit cannot be withdrawn for the period of 30 days. |
